Ingredients
- 100 ml Milk
- 2 slices White bread
- 1 tbsp Liquid Smoke or Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 500 grams Mince Beef 15% Fat
- 2 Spring Onions
- 4 Hanburger Buns
Instructions
- Mix 100ml of milk with 2 slices of white bread
- Add 1 tbsp of liquid smoke to the milky bread
- Add salt, pepper, 3 cloves of garlic and 2 tbsp kethcup
- Add the minced beef and spring onions to the bowl
- Mix up with hands
- Divide into 4 equal burgers (or 8 smaller burgers)
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 mins
