Perfect Pan Fried Potatoes
A quick way of making roasties with ultimate flavour of Thyme & Garlic

Ingredients
- 1 lug Olive Olil
- 350 g Maris Piper Potatoes 1cm chunks
- 4 sprigs Thyme
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
- Chop 350g potatoes into 1-2cm chunks
- Boil the potatoes in a saucepan for 15 minutes
- Heat some oil in a frying pan
- Drain the water and put the potatoes in the frying pan and season with salt and pepper
- Add 3 thyme sprigs
- Squash 4 cloves of garlic with the flat part of a knife, remove the skin and add to the potatoes
- Fry the potatoes for approximately 25 minutes or until crisped up to your liking
