Perfect Pan Fried Potatoes

A quick way of making roasties with ultimate flavour of Thyme & Garlic

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lug Olive Olil
  • 350 g Maris Piper Potatoes 1cm chunks
  • 4 sprigs Thyme
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Chop 350g potatoes into 1-2cm chunks
  • Boil the potatoes in a saucepan for 15 minutes
  • Heat some oil in a frying pan
  • Drain the water and put the potatoes in the frying pan and season with salt and pepper
  • Add 3 thyme sprigs
  • Squash 4 cloves of garlic with the flat part of a knife, remove the skin and add to the potatoes
  • Fry the potatoes for approximately 25 minutes or until crisped up to your liking
